RepLink (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides software for manufacturer rep agencies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the RepLink platform, website, and services (“Services”).

We collect business-related information to operate the Services:

  • Customer & Contact Data: Names, business emails, company/agency name, business phone numbers, contact notes, account activity, and CRM records (entered by you).
  • Account & Usage Data: Login information, feature usage metrics, page interactions, device/browser metadata.
  • Billing & Transaction Data: Payment method tokens (via PCI-compliant processors), subscription tier, invoices and payments.
  • Analytics Data: Page views, sessions, traffic sources, device info collected via third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the RepLink platform
  • Provide customer support and communicate service updates
  • Personalize dashboards and content
  • Identify sales trends and re-order signals within your CRM data
  • Provide AI-based insights and suggested actions (see Section 3)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

3. AI & Data Handling Disclosure

RepLink uses AI to assist with analytics, sales insights, suggested messaging, and territory recommendations.

  • No training on your data: RepLink does not train AI models on your customer data.
  • Data isolation: Your data is logically isolated to your agency account.

We host data on secure, U.S.-based cloud infrastructure and apply industry-standard safeguards:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Role-based access control
  • Secure authentication and routine access audits

No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent customer data. We only share information with trusted vendors as needed to operate the Services, including:

  • Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS)
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Payment processors

Vendors are subject to confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you cancel, we offer data export prior to deletion.
